Your mission as a site manager

We are proud to be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the state road network within Sollefteå's operational area, and we are now looking for you who want to take on the role of site manager with us at Svevia.

As a site manager at Svevia, you are the engine out in the field and manage the daily operations. The focus of the work is on planning, execution, and follow-up of assigned tasks with an emphasis on operational and maintenance work. During the summer season, you may also lead smaller earthworks and construction projects within the operational area.

The position includes summer and winter preparedness with the responsibility to call out snow plowing and anti-skid units.

It also includes supporting the site manager in daily tasks such as customer contacts, production management, financial follow-up, and invoicing. No two days will be the same, and you have significant responsibility and freedom to independently plan your day based on the nature of the assignment and Svevia's working methods.

Who are you?

To be considered for the position of site manager, we would like you to have:

• Experience in leading personnel in operations and maintenance, or alternatively road and construction activities

• Driver's license B

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good computer skills.

Svevia is currently Sweden's largest operational contractor. In operations and maintenance, we manage, among other things, summer and winter road maintenance for half of the state's road network. Many municipalities, private companies, and road associations hire us to take care of their roads and outdoor environments.
