Infrakraft's growth journey continues, and we are now looking for another site manager for our project management team in Sundsvall. As a site manager at Infrakraft, you will be an important part of a driven team that shares experiences and supports each other in managing projects from start to finish.

About the role / position We offer a varied role in large civil engineering projects where you as a site manager actively contribute to the project's technical and economic execution and lead and distribute the ongoing work accordingly.

As a site manager with us, you will have the opportunity to lead and actively contribute to the success of large and complex civil engineering projects. In this role, you are expected to be engaged and, together with the project manager, drive both your part of the project and the business forward. You are responsible for leading your team and ensuring a good working environment while collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and authorities among others.

We are looking for you who As a site manager with us, you should have some form of technical education, a university degree, vocational training, or practical experience that we consider equivalent. You have a few years of experience in a similar role within the railway, construction, and civil engineering industry, with a focus on land. You should also be proficient in Swedish and English and have a B driver's license.

To thrive as a site manager with us, you are flexible but also decisive and solution-oriented. You are a positive and enterprising person with an engaging leadership style, who easily builds trust and enjoys working in a team. Your ability to inspire and engage both employees and subcontractors makes you a natural driving force in the projects.

Flexibility is important as overnight stays in other locations are common in our operations. A B driver's license is a requirement.
