Consultant in Environmental Controls

Do you have an interest in technology and customer relations while also wanting varied tasks? Then the job as a consultant with us is something for you.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work with environmental controls - inspection of buildings, vibration measurement, risk analysis, damage investigation, technical advice, etc. The work also involves preparing reports, analyses, and control programs, as well as establishing and maintaining good contacts with stakeholders in the local area.

When you start with us, you will learn the profession from the ground up through training from experienced colleagues, and initially, you will primarily work with inspections and vibration measurements. Together, we will plan your continued development so that you can grow within your specific area of interest.

In the role of a consultant, you will be out in the field a lot, which places high demands on social skills and customer interaction. We believe that to succeed in the role of a consultant, you are a creative team player who enjoys solving problems and has a sense of good service, as well as the ability to build trust with your clients.

The work is very flexible, and you can largely plan your workday yourself. The Umeå & Sundsvall business area has its own offices, and reporting is done to the business area manager Tomas Gustafsson, who is based in Umeå. We are flexible regarding which city you choose to work from.

Travel and Work Conditions

The position involves some travel within the region, and you should expect between 1-3 overnight stays in hotels per month. The office is located in Sundsvall and Umeå, and reporting is done to business area manager Tomas Gustafsson.

Qualifications

• High school education with a technical or scientific focus and/or a university degree
• General computer skills & Office package
• Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Driver's license and access to a car. We offer permanent employees a company car agreement

Meritorious

• Work experience from the construction and contracting industry
• Previous experience as a consultant in project assignments
