You have good pedagogical skills and can inspire and engage students in learning based on their different needs and can vary your teaching. You value close collaboration with colleagues and are receptive to others' knowledge. Offers of working hours are based on the school's needs, so a request may come at short notice in the morning. The ability to reach assignments with relatively short travel time is an advantage.
