Stureskolan is looking for a class teacher for grade 4

Stureskolan is a municipal F-6 school located centrally in Hedemora. Approximately 300 students attend the school.

The workplace is characterized by dedicated employees with high competence, good service spirit, and collaboration skills. Our school conducts active pedagogical development work planned and led by our five lead teachers, currently focusing on cooperative learning and value-based issues around safety and well-being.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a class teacher at Stureskolan in grade 4, which means you will plan, implement, and evaluate teaching within your area.

You and your team will work together to evaluate, develop, and improve teaching in grade 4, as well as document, follow up, and communicate goals and development with students and guardians.

Support is available from the school's special education teachers and the central student health professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher F-3 or F-6.
• Is clear and concise in communication and has the ability to motivate and inspire students to acquire new knowledge.
• Can flexibly adapt teaching so that each student can develop according to their ability.
• Has a good ability to find collaborative forms and create good relationships with students and colleagues.
• Can adapt teaching and create an inclusive classroom climate that contributes to well-being, focus, and learning.

Personal suitability will be taken into account.
