Vansbro Municipality is embarking on the construction of a new preschool, and we hope you are interested in contributing your knowledge and ideas to this work. We are also collaborating with Dalarna University, which supports us in developing equal preschools throughout the municipality, a process where you will have the opportunity to participate and make an impact.

In Vansbro Municipality, there are seven municipal preschools characterized by creativity, participation, and sustainable development. Here, children have the opportunity to grow into independent, responsible, and initiative-taking individuals, where you as a preschool teacher play a crucial role in that journey.

Our preschools are places for care, development, and learning, where the activities are based on the preschool curriculum. We are now looking for someone who wants to help create a safe, fun, and educational everyday life for the children while also contributing to the development of our preschools.

As a preschool teacher with us, you will be an important part of the whole and work closely with children, colleagues, and guardians. You will be responsible for the educational work and help develop the activities based on the children's needs and conditions.

You will

• be responsible for ensuring that teaching is conducted in accordance with the preschool curriculum
• support, stimulate, and challenge children in their learning and development
• create a safe, enjoyable, and educational environment for children aged 1–5 years
• actively participate in play, activities, and everyday routine situations
• be a good role model for the children
• contribute to a good working environment together with colleagues
• work on children's development in emotions, creativity, and movement, considering individual needs
• be proactive in the educational development work.

You must

• have a degree in preschool education and certification
• be well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents
• be able to individualize and vary teaching based on children's needs
• have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• have good IT skills.

Before employment, you must present your degree certificate, certification, and a valid extract from the National Police Board's criminal record.
