At Norlandia Preschools, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute on an as-needed basis at our preschools (Äventyret, Expeditionen, Toppstugan, and Dalskidan) in Falun. For us, daily physical activity is a must for both the children and for you as an adult, where you actively participate in and drive Norlandiaskuttet together with your colleagues. Meal pedagogy, organic and certified food is a given for us.

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to children's needs.

Qualifications:

• It is an advantage if you have a preschool assistant education or are currently studying to become a preschool assistant.

• It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in preschool.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to the development of the organization together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.

• It is advantageous if you can ski downhill as the preschool has a skiing profile.

Norlandia preschools have 4 preschools in Falun; Toppstugan, Dalskidan, Expeditionen, and Äventyret. All these preschools have a skiing profile, which means they actively work with skiing together with the children. During the winter season, the older children at the preschool go to the ski slope half a day a week.

At Norlandia preschools, we offer you professional development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will be part of our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings in our digital learning platform.

Working hours: Varying during the preschool's opening hours.

Start date: As soon as possible

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
