About the client

She enjoys music, water and swimming, and outdoor activities in all weather. She lives in a house with her mother.

You will become an important person for her. You will take pride in the steps she takes, where you have encouraged her development.

Fragile in body, but strong in spirit. Currently, she does not have the ability to do all the activities she wishes.

Extensive care needs, so you need to be secure in your role and enjoy developing abilities.

About the role as a personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you will provide support in both daily tasks and various activities. You will work closely with the client and assist with everything from household chores and personal care to encouraging and participating in various interests and leisure activities. Great emphasis is placed on creating security, good communication, and engagement.

About you

• You are attentive, positive, and have a calm and secure personality

• You have the ability to listen, motivate, and build trust

• Experience in personal assistance, care, or nursing is desirable, but personal chemistry is crucial

• You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written

• A driving license (B) is an advantage, but not a requirement

• Support with basic needs and ADL situations

• Planning and implementing daily activities

• Participate and encourage creative activities

• Medical management and following routines together with the client and team

Employment conditions

75% and as needed. The schedule is not finalized yet, so there is an opportunity to be flexible.
