Night Treatment Assistant Summer Substitute Week 26-32. Approximately 90% working hours.

The treatment home Nyckeln in Mora is a residential care home for girls and young women aged 16-24 with mental health issues. Both psychiatric and neuropsychiatric diagnoses are present. At Nyckeln, we offer both treatment and assessment.

We work based on CBT, MI, and have DBT skills training in groups.

At Nyckeln, there are occupational therapists, social workers, nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, treatment assistants, and psychiatrists. The goal of the treatment is often for the residents of Nyckeln to practice managing their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, achieve a higher quality of life, and reach their own goals. Nyckeln provides clients with a safe therapeutic environment with clear structure.

Since autumn 2015, Nyckeln has had awake staff at night. This has been a step in our quality work and has contributed to increased safety and stability at the treatment home.

The night staff's task is to create a calm and safe environment in the evening and support clients in maintaining functioning sleep routines. Supportive conversations during times of anxiety and documentation in the journal system are included in the job responsibilities. In addition to the above, some practical tasks are also included.

We place great importance on personal suitability. We are looking for a warm person who can set boundaries and has a professional approach to work.

Education: Treatment Assistant/Caregiver or other education in social work or psychiatry is an advantage.

We would like you to have experience in treatment, psychiatry, or other social work.
