I am looking for female assistants who are non-smokers, hold a valid driver's license, and are not allergic to fur-bearing animals. Experience within the healthcare sector is an asset.

Working as a personal assistant is very varied, but regardless of the specific tasks, you make a valuable difference in the life of the person you work for.

Your working hours will vary based on the client's needs and may include days, evenings, wakeful nights, and weekends.

Important: Do not forget to state if you have a driver's license and access to a car, as this may be decisive for certain clients to ensure you can reach the workplace.

Criminal Record Check

If you are selected to work for our client, you will be required to present a criminal record check upon employment. There are two different types depending on whether you will be working with children or adults over 18 years of age.

When working with children

Work with children with disabilities is subject to mandatory register checks according to Act (2010:479) on register checks of personnel performing certain measures for children with disabilities.

An extract from the criminal register must be presented as the final step in the recruitment process before employment can be finalized.

When working with the elderly or adults with disabilities

Work in the home of elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to register checks according to Act (2026:43) on register checks for work in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities. This law applies from March 1, 2026. In support of this law, our company has a policy to request criminal record checks upon new employment. The register check is performed as the final step in the recruitment process and forms part of our overall suitability assessment.
