The Care Administration works according to the value foundation that all people we meet have the same value and are unique. The administration includes IFO, LSS activities, social psychiatry, health and medical care, home care, and special housing. Approximately 800 employees work here, available around the clock for our target groups.

Job Responsibilities
As an hourly substitute, you are employed by the Staffing Unit but work within the Care Administration's operations where there is the greatest need for hourly substitutes. You will first be introduced to one workplace, but if needed and desired, there is an opportunity to work at several workplaces. We use the staffing system Time Care Pool, where you, as a substitute, mark yourself as available for work. We apply direct booking, so it is of great importance that your availability is correct. If a need arises with short notice, we will send an SMS inquiry first.

Shift lengths vary, and working hours include days, evenings, and nights. Therefore, to be employed as an hourly substitute, it is important that you are able to work inconvenient hours.

Being a personal assistant is a responsible job that offers personal development and brings back a lot of joy. The work involves personal care, such as assistance during meals, dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and other situations where the user needs help, e.g., participating in leisure interests. The work is primarily performed in the user's home or at another location where the user stays.

As a support assistant in a group home, you take care of the user's home, which includes daily chores such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and shopping. Delegated medical care may also occur. Your work is based on the user's implementation plan, which is established to meet the user's needs and decisions. Here, you help enable the user's participation, development, and increased independence. The work involves personal and medical care, such as assistance during meals, dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, transfers, and accompaniment.

Qualifications
The core of our operations is care, and good treatment is of the utmost importance. You have a genuine interest in working with people and a desire to make a difference in their lives and daily routines.

The job requires that you can collaborate with others, are attentive, and act with great respect towards those you meet in all different situations. Working with people always means that unpredictable situations can arise, and you must be a person who can maintain your calm when the situation demands it. You have a respectful attitude and always strive for the best possible interaction.

We are looking for you who are of legal age, responsible, and possess personal maturity. It is important that you are confident in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you are an educated nurse assistant or childcare worker and/or have previous experience of similar work.

Basic computer skills are a requirement. Work within personal assistance and group homes can involve awkward working positions and transfers; therefore, you should have a physique that can handle this. A B-class driver's license is a merit.
