We are now looking for engaged security guards to join our team for the summer period with a good chance of extension. As a Security Guard, your key role is to ensure safety and security. You are comfortable with changing pace and can handle stress when required.

Who are you? You want to work in a meaningful and responsible summer job. You have a strong interest in security and remain calm and secure even in the most pressured situations. You possess good communication skills and find it easy to collaborate. We often talk about an "inner calm" where you, alone or with colleagues, solve daily tasks.

The positions we offer are full-time, part-time, and on-demand (day and night) - and we also view positively if you stay on after the summer.

We are looking for you:

• Who has a strong sense of responsibility as the job involves protecting both people, property, and information. Being reliable and taking your responsibility seriously is fundamental to succeeding in the role.
• Can handle information with integrity and discretion as confidentiality is of utmost importance.
• Is meticulous and observant as the job requires seeing details and quickly reacting to deviations or suspicious events.
• Has good communication skills to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. This is important as reporting, instructions, and collaboration are included in the work.
• Who is calm and secure in yourself, as certain situations require calmness to make important and rational decisions.
• We see that you are available for work during the summer and also view positively if you stay on after the summer.

Basic requirements:

• High school diploma
• Clean criminal record
• No payment remarks
• Very good knowledge of Swedish
• Good knowledge of English

As the position involves placement in a security classification, there are requirements regarding lawfulness and orderly conditions for employment where you will undergo a security check.

Meritorious:

• Security guard training (military and/or civilian training)
• Guard training
• Training for expandable baton
• Experience working as a Security Guard
• Handling training for firearms (HAS)
• Driver's license (B)
