We are now looking for a Quality Engineer. This role is suitable for you who have experience in quality within industrial projects and thrive in an environment with high demands, complex deliveries, and close collaboration between technology, production, suppliers, and customers.

About the role:

You will be part of the project organization and work with quality throughout the entire value chain – from development and manufacturing to delivery to the customer. Depending on your background and expertise, the focus will be on one or more of the following areas:

• Project quality and quality assurance in customer projects

• Product and supplier quality

• Process and manufacturing quality, including additive manufacturing

In your work, you will among other things:

• Develop, implement, and follow up on quality plans in projects

• Lead and conduct risk analyses such as FMEA and root cause analyses (RCA)

• Work with quality methods such as SPC, MSA, and value stream mapping (VSM)

• Ensure compliance with internal processes, customer requirements, and applicable standards

• Collaborate with production, technology, purchasing, and suppliers to drive improvements

• Coordinate and follow up on supplier quality, inspections, and quality documentation

• Act as the quality contact towards the customer and project management

We are looking for someone who has:

• Technical college/university education or equivalent experience in quality

• Experience in quality in industrial environments, preferably within energy

• Good understanding of project work and cross-functional collaboration

• Experience with quality tools, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO, PED, EN 1090, CE marking, etc.)

• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and communicative manner

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
