A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy and take the lead in creating and maintaining project-specific schedules that are crucial for our most complex projects. You will develop initial timelines based on proven templates, collaborate with multiple functions, and ensure that each project starts with a robust and accurate plan. With your deep understanding of the planning process, you will drive changes and improvements while training colleagues in Primavera. Here, you have the chance to influence project success and contribute to innovation and sustainability in the energy sector.
How You Will Make an Impact
- You will develop and update project-specific schedules based on standard templates and project management requirements.
- You will gather milestone dates and project information in close collaboration with LPM and other departments.
- You will create and transfer the first version of the project schedule to LPM, ensuring it is accurate and well-balanced.
- You will administer and develop the Primavera database and train new and existing OM resources in the system.
What You Bring
- You have experience in developing and maintaining project plans, preferably with Primavera.
- You are accustomed to collaborating with various functions and gathering project data for scheduling.
- You have a good understanding of Siemens Energy's ways of working and can justify changes in the planning process.
- You have the ability to train colleagues in planning tools and processes.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
