Your Role

As a Quality Analyst, you will drive and develop quality improvements within our organization. You will support managers during internal and external audits, conduct root cause analyses, and update manuals and documents. Additionally, you will initiate and lead proactive improvement initiatives together with our managers.

As a quality coordinator, you are responsible for:

• ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards
• supporting managers, technicians, and other staff by providing guidance and feedback
• monitoring and updating procedures
• identifying and initiating improvements and developing effective work processes together with colleagues

Please note that travel to our facility in Arboga may occur.

We prefer that you are a social, communicative, and outgoing person with a strong interest in quality and the ability to collaborate with people at all levels within the organization as you will have many points of contact.

You are a problem solver who is always willing to invest the time required to find solutions, both independently and together with your colleagues. You are customer-focused and driven to deliver increased business value to Saab.

As a person, you are well-organized, systematic, and analytical - traits that are crucial for thriving and succeeding in this role. You also have the ability to maintain a holistic perspective.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education and/or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of quality and production/maintenance processes
• Good proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Driver's license as travel to other Saab facilities may occur

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and approvals

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
