About the role As a Production Engineer, you will support and further develop the customer's production processes. You will have a clear focus on manufacturability, efficient production flows, and continuous improvement of machines and equipment. The role is both operational and development-oriented and involves close collaboration with production, engineering, and other functions within the organization. As a production engineer, you will among other things:

  • Drive and implement continuous improvements of equipment and processes through design solutions, efficiency, and quality assurance
  • Implement product changes and develop and update work instructions
  • Specify needs for tools and fixtures and participate in the startup of new machines and equipment
  • Provide technical support to assembly personnel in daily operations
  • Be responsible for and coordinate contact points both internally and externally
About you

We are looking for someone who has: At least 2 years of experience in production engineering Good understanding of production and production processes Relevant education at least at the university level in production engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent Meritorious: Experience in areas such as electronics, mechanical engineering, or test equipment Experience with electronics in production engineering Experience with Catia V5, Lean, and/or other production-related techniques. You are motivated by collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition to the above, the following is also required: - Swedish citizenship - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Conditions The assignment is classified. Therefore, you will undergo a security review before employment, which requires Swedish citizenship.
