Your Responsibilities

Skill is now looking for a dedicated R&D Project Manager in Testing for Siemens Energy in Finspång who wants to be part of developing the energy solutions of the future. In the role of project manager, you have a coordinating function with many internal and external interfaces. You work with testing and validation of Siemens Energy's products both in development, service, and customer projects. You are responsible for budget, timeline, and planning of testing/validation and collaborate closely with Core development, production, and testing engineers. The work includes varied tasks that are adapted according to the project timeline in development projects with work both independently and in teams. Main Responsibilities

• Drive and lead cross-functional projects, including planning, execution, and risk management.

• Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders.

• Be responsible for testing and validation projects, including budget, timeline, and execution.

• Follow up on projects and ensure that tests and validation trials are conducted as planned.

• Manage financial responsibility for the projects, including budget tracking.

• Continuously develop in the role together with your manager based on your personal development plan.

Your Profile

• You are a person with an interest in project management and technology or engineering. • You are motivated by having a coordinating role towards many interfaces. • You have an interest in developing yourself and your leadership. • You are a responsible and flexible problem solver who drives your work towards set goals. • You have a good command of both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
