In the role of project manager, you will work closely with the development team focusing on software related to Gripen's system computer. You will drive the work of updating and implementing new functionality in the system, while planning and coordinating extensive testing to ensure correct integration and performance. You will work cross-functionally and have close collaboration with colleagues in Järfälla, where joint deliveries and technical alignments are a central part of everyday life. The role involves many points of contact, clear communication, and a structured approach, always with the product's safety and reliability in focus. Requirements

• Post-secondary education in software development, testing, electronics, or mechanical engineering
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role in project management or a relevant engineering role
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Swedish citizenship
• Ability to travel for work 1–2 times per month
