Your Role

We are in an exciting phase of expansion with several projects now entering production start. In this role, you will work with planning strategies for our manufacturing within the underwater segments, where production combines low volume, high complexity, and elements of high-volume products. We value continuous improvement and expect you to actively contribute to the development of our processes.

You will collaborate closely with functions such as purchasing, production technology, project management, production, and development to plan, support, and follow up on operations. A particular focus will be on developing and being responsible for the master planning in the area.

Your tasks include:

• Planning and analysis of forecasts to ensure efficient production
• Monitoring of manufacturing orders and production plans
• Maintenance and improvement of data in the IFS system

Through your role, you contribute to creating conditions for an efficient planning department and drive improvement work both within and between different functions. You will be a key person in developing our planning strategies and ensuring that production meets its goals.

Your Profile

You have experience with complex products and varying production rates, and are accustomed to working with Lean methodology and MRP systems such as IFS or similar. As a person, you are responsible, driven, and communicative, with a strong desire to continuously improve and take on new challenges.

We also hope you have:

• Experience in production planning or a similar role, preferably at least one year
• Ability to effectively manage multiple parallel tasks
• Experience working with goal tracking and key performance indicators in planning
• Openness to challenge and develop existing working methods

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
