Position: Residential Support Worker

Location: Helsingborg and Landskrona

About our Supported Housing: Lejongårdar is an established organization dedicated to providing residential support and treatment for individuals with various challenges and needs. Our primary target group is individuals living with substance abuse and psychosocial issues. We are looking for committed and competent Residential Support Workers who want to help shape the future of our supported housing and halfway house. Our organization strives to create a safe and supportive environment where our clients can grow and develop.

Requirements for applicants: We are seeking individuals with the following background and experience:

• Education in the field, such as treatment assistant, treatment pedagogue, social worker, social pedagogue, or equivalent.

• Experience working in supported housing, correctional services, or other psychiatric settings.

• Knowledge and understanding of the client group with substance abuse issues.

• Strong emphasis on personal suitability and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.

• Good computer skills and experience with record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.

• Ability and willingness to take responsibility for the daily operations of the work in the organization.

• Ability to work professionally and independently.

• Driver's license - B

Job Responsibilities: In the role of Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Be responsible for independently supporting and assisting clients

• Plan and implement interventions

• Create a safe and supportive living environment

• Develop implementation plans, monthly reports, and documentation

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients

• Work during days, evenings, and nights.
