Mimbly develops groundbreaking hardware and software solutions in water conservation, microplastic filtration, IoT, and environmental reporting. They are in an exciting growth phase with international ambitions and are now looking for a Customer Success professional who wants to ensure that their customers have the best possible experience – from installation to long-term use.

Here, you will help create structure, build good customer relationships, and learn more about technical processes in a role with development opportunities for those at the beginning of their careers.

Your future responsibilities

In this role, you will act as the primary contact for customers after the deal is closed. You will help ensure that customers have a smooth transition from sales to installation and into daily use.

Examples of tasks:

  • Be the main contact for customers after the agreement and support them throughout the process

  • Coordinate installations with technicians and partners

  • Prepare customers for installation and introduction

  • Assist with basic introduction and training for new customers

  • Receive and handle simpler support inquiries

  • Work on follow-ups to understand the customer’s experience and needs

  • Be part of developing routines and processes to improve customer experience

We are looking for someone who
  • Has experience in customer contact, for example from customer service, support, or another customer-facing role

  • Has a technical interest and is curious to learn more about technical solutions

  • Is confident in communicating both verbally and in writing

  • Is solution-oriented and puts the customer at the center

  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

Personal qualities: You are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy building relationships. You are used to taking your own initiatives, enjoy collaborating with different types of people, and want to develop in a role where you can learn both customer management and technology.
