We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager/Developer with a focus on Selfpoint for an assignment in Borås.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of Technical Project Manager/Developer, you will among other things:

• Identify and map needs together with representatives and stakeholders of the organization.
• Develop and implement new e-services in the Selfpoint platform, aiming to enhance user-friendliness and efficiency.
• Process improve, test, and launch e-services in close collaboration with the organization.
• Establish and maintain management documentation to support both users and decision-makers.
• Conduct training for case workers and ensure that new working methods are integrated smoothly.

Qualifications (Must-have)

• At least two years of documented experience in developing and implementing e-services in Selfpoint.
• Proven ability to work systematically according to project models and deliver within set deadlines.
• Previous experience in public administration or municipal operations.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious (Nice to have)

• Strong communication skills and ability to meet customers in a service-oriented manner.
• Experience in handling time-critical situations and adapting the project's setup as needed.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects proactively.
• Good understanding of how digital solutions can create value in a public organization.
