JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project chain within the piping business area. You will report to the project manager and, together with your team of 20 people, ensure that projects are carried out safely and with quality within the set timeframe and budget.

Projects can take place in-house as pure workshop projects as well as on-site at the client's location. Thus, the position involves travel within Sweden and the Nordic region, but you will be based at the Stenungsund office. Project teams will vary in size depending on the scope of the projects, where part of your responsibility is to assemble suitable project teams.

In smaller and larger projects, you may act both as a mentor and investigator, maintaining close contact with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the workgroup
• Conduct calculations, follow up forecasts regarding HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), quality, economy, and time
• Financial responsibility for the projects with associated reporting to the project manager
• Responsibility for the quality of the delivered service and agreed requirements with the client

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

To succeed in this role, we believe that you primarily have several years of experience in industry or workshop, either in a role as a welder, pipe fitter, or supervisor, and see this position as the next step in your career. We also see that you have:

• Work experience from the supplier side during project execution
• Preferably previous experience as a Project Manager where you have acquired knowledge in assembling project teams, calculation, forecasting, budgeting, HSEQ, and similar tasks
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B

The following is meritorious for the position:

• Post-secondary technical education in mechanics, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Experience from the contracting industry and knowledge of contract law
• Work experience in pipe construction
• Knowledge of SAP
• Welding experience
• BAS-U and BAS-P
