Randstad Digital is now looking for a system administrator for one of our clients. Here you will work closely with the Customer Service Desk team and ensure that Jira is functioning according to plan. You will primarily work with configuration changes and user management, but also with strategic topics related to new requirements and integrations.

You will work in a team with other administrators, and we are looking for a senior candidate with expert skills and a drive to take initiatives, make recommendations, and coordinate with stakeholders.

You will be administrating Customer Service Desk together with a couple of other colleagues, although it is not their primary responsibility or core competence. You will be the expert in the area, give recommendations on how things should be implemented, drive your own work, take initiatives to simplify the maintenance effort, and coordinate with all required stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configuration changes excluding installations and upgrades
• User management such as on/offboarding of users
• User support and guidance
• Strategic work

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with expert skills in Jira. You know your way around workflows, fields, on and off boarding among others.

We put a lot of emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for driven candidates with good communication abilities as well as administrative skills.

Preferably you have a background in customer service and user management.

You also need to be fluent in English, and knowing Swedish is an advantage.
