IT Technician Wanted

Kontorsbemanning is now seeking an experienced IT technician on behalf of our client. Our client is an innovative company with over 20 years of experience delivering IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. They combine technical expertise with deep business understanding and are now looking for a driven IT technician to further strengthen their team.

About the Role:

As an IT technician, you will be a key resource for the company's clients, responsible for delivering both technical support and advice. You will work both on-site with clients and remotely to ensure that their IT environments are optimized, secure, and up-to-date. The position offers a mix of technology and business thinking, where you will also be responsible for purchasing and contributing to clients' strategic IT development.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients' needs and design tailored IT solutions.
• Support and administer M365, SharePoint, and various servers to meet clients' needs.
• Execute technical projects from start to finish, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
• Ensure that clients have a secure and stable IT environment by being proactive and keeping up to date with the latest trends and threats in IT security.
• Be responsible for purchasing and contribute strategic business thinking in various project phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education or work experience in IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, focusing on technical support and system administration.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, and server administration.
• Experience in purchasing and a strong ability to think commercially.
• Excellent customer-oriented skills and strong social competence.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
• Ability to drive and manage complex IT projects independently.
• Driving license B is a requirement.
