IT Technician for Telecom

A 100% position as an IT technician where you will work with the operation, maintenance, and management of the telephone exchange (CUCM). You will implement and participate in the development of new technical solutions or changes. Install and maintain, prevent and address quality and security deficiencies. Work with management and monitoring tools for the infrastructure.

About the Position

Our client's platform Telecom consists of a telephony solution based on Cisco, CUCM in several clusters serving over 55,000 extensions. Cisco CUBE is used to connect operators. The telephony solution also includes an operator and referral system, contact center, and voicemail (Vision 80/20). The client also has an Ascom DECT system with 25,000 users managing both calls, alarms, and messages such as emergency medical alarms. The telephone system is the most important communication system within the organization, and staffing to resolve business incidents and requests is important work within the section.

Who Are You?

Our client is looking for an IT technician with in-depth expertise in the telecommunications field who has good troubleshooting methodology and analytical skills. Can receive the new supplier's system and understands the work ahead to achieve stable operations. A proactive person who works well in a team and has a consulting approach and a good demeanor. Familiar with working with routines and workflows. You have good analytical skills and an understanding of technical solutions and how IT, especially telephony, affects operations and customers within the organization.

• Experience in operating telephony environments and platforms
• Experience with CISCO – CUCM, CUBE
• Infoblock
• Telephone exchange
• Document management
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driver's license (B)

• Experience with SCRUM

• Previous experience with our client's IT environment
