ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to be part of a close-knit team driven by collaboration and achieving set goals together! You will work on several different projects at various levels of complexity, where you play a key role in creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field.

This role is about keeping the project on track, creating engagement, and delivering high quality. You will have the opportunity to be part of a growing business where you, together with colleagues, build long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers. As a project manager in this company, you will alternate between office work and being on-site where things happen. This involves travel in the local area, usually within a day. You will have a varied everyday life where you can develop yourself and contribute to making a difference for customers and employees!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

• Plan and lead projects to ensure smooth operations
• Keep customers updated on project status
• Monitor project finances and conduct follow-ups upon completion
• Participate in construction meetings and negotiations

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has at least a high school education, preferably in electrical engineering, power engineering, or economics
• Has experience working as a project manager, preferably in infrastructure, electrical, or water and sewage
• Possesses good computer skills as you will handle multiple systems simultaneously
• Holds a B driver's license as you may need to be in the field in some cases
• Has a genuine technical interest, especially in electricity and power grids
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, as daily communication occurs in both languages

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in electrical engineering or power engineering
• Experience in the contracting industry

Knowledge can be obtained through education, experience, or self-learning.
