We place great value on collaboration, innovation, and personal development, and are now looking for a Project Manager with a focus on Charge Point Operating (CPO) for an exciting assignment in Gothenburg.

Job responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager within Charge Point Operating, you will:

• Lead and coordinate technical onboarding and integration of various Charge Point Operators (CPOs).
• Identify potential CPO partners based on coverage, quality, and other business-critical factors.
• Ensure and follow up that CPO products, such as charging stations and backend systems, meet requirements for operational reliability and service level.
• Contribute to a high-quality CPO portfolio that facilitates public fast charging for vehicles.
• Develop specifications for CPOs and collaborate with procurement to negotiate contracts.
• Participate in contract writing regarding product structures, pricing levels, and update frequency together with CPOs.

Qualifications (Must-haves)

• Relevant academic degree in fields such as economics, engineering (preferably electrical/industrial), or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with charging infrastructure (EV charging) as well as hardware, software, and service solutions.
• Documented project management experience, preferably with service development in transport or energy.
• Ability to build long-term partnerships and negotiate complex contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Desirable (Nice to have)

• MBA or advanced studies in a relevant field.
• Background with charging providers, energy companies, or similar industries.
• Experience in business development related to TCO calculations and electrification.
• Ability to create cross-functional collaborations in larger organizations.
