Job Responsibilities

In the role of IT Technician, you will work with:

• Operation and management of telephony solutions based on Cisco CUCM (CallManager).
• Configuration and monitoring of telephony clusters, including Cisco CUBE, PBX, and related infrastructure solutions.
• Installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of systems to ensure high quality and security.
• Collaboration with both internal teams and external suppliers to develop new technical solutions and implement upgrades.
• Documentation of work processes and routines related to the telephony platform.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in managing and operating telephony environments and platforms.
• Good knowledge of Cisco products, such as CUCM and CUBE.
• Familiarity with working with Infoblock, PBX, and documentation management related to technical systems.
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious (Nice to Have)

• Experience with SCRUM and agile working methods.
• Previous experience in similar IT environments, preferably within larger organizations.
• Familiarity with working structured with routines and workflows in agile projects.
