We at Bonzi are looking for a new employee who wants to work as a part-time personal assistant, approximately 25%, for our client living in Tallkrogen. We are also looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed.
Furthermore, the client only wishes for female assistants.
Job Responsibilities:
Support in daily routines and household chores
Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
Practical support in the home and in daily activities
Transfers may involve lifting
Manicure
Assistance with phone calls
The position involves work shifts scheduled as follows:
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Wednesdays
7:30 PM - 2:00 AM awake night every other Thursday
About the client
The client is a woman in her 60s with interests including plants, manicure, music, and clothing. The client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life due to her stroke symptoms. There are aids in the home such as a manual wheelchair and shower chair.
Are you the one we are looking for:
As a person, you are empathetic, socially aware, solution-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
It is a plus if you have an interest in things the client enjoys, such as manicure, makeup, clothing, and shopping, as shared interests can contribute to a safe and positive everyday life together.
The work also involves manual transfers, which means you need to have good physical strength and be comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
The chemistry between you and the client is crucial and may be the most important factor in the final selection.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working as a personal assistant or in healthcare and social care
Driver's license and access to a car to travel from shifts that end at 2:00 AM
Requirements:
Physically strong, manual transfers are involved
Good Swedish in speech, understanding, and writing
Not allergic to pets (a dog may be present in the home)
Ability to work the specified hours
Scope: 1 part-time position approximately 25%. 2 substitutes as needed.
Start date: Interviews are ongoing and can be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
