Kooperativet Hand i Hand is a member-driven organization founded in 1995 for individuals entitled to assistance. Our members are located in Skåne, Halland, southern Småland, Västra Götaland, Stockholm, and Jämtland. We have offices in Halmstad, Hässleholm, and Malmö. We support our members with everything from applying for hours with Försäkringskassan/the municipality to personnel issues regarding personal assistants. We believe that the work of a personal assistant is one of the most important jobs there is, as it provides an opportunity for another person to live their life like everyone else.

I am looking for a new star for my assistance team, could it be you?

I am a lovely, social 9-year-old girl living in Järna with my family. I have many interests and can express what I want. Since I have SMA1, my muscles are weak, and sometimes I need someone who can be my arms and legs, helping me perform the activities I enjoy and supporting me in my daily life.

Experience is not a requirement; the most important thing is that we enjoy each other's company. It is important for me that you speak fluent Swedish so we can understand each other. There will also be some lifting, so I wish for you to be in good physical shape.

You will primarily work at my home, but since your workplace is wherever I am, you need to be flexible. To work with me, you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car.

The Position:

Part-time temporary position at 45% awake night shifts and extra as needed. I hope that in addition to about 2 night shifts a week, you can also step in during the day and evening as needed when my regular assistants are sick or on leave. Start date according to agreement.
