You will work in a group with both junior and experienced social workers where we focus on providing each other with collegial support in social work. We place great importance on transparency and integrity, as well as ensuring that children and youth and their families feel involved in the investigation process.
Challenges and Opportunities
We need your positive drive and engagement as we are on a journey of change with the transition to the new social services act, which you will contribute to. Within the unit, we actively work towards the politically set goals of reducing the number of investigation days and decreasing the number of placement days by expanding network work and reviewing various types of home-based solutions.
