The Health and Care Administration provides service, support, care, and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as being responsible for regulatory activities according to applicable legislation. The administration operates in the fields of elderly care, LSS, social psychiatry, health care, family support, and regulatory activities. All work is performed with the resident in focus, based on the values of respect, participation, trust, and security. Together, we make each other better and work to achieve the vision of quality of life throughout life.

We are now looking for a new support pedagogue for our daily activity according to LSS - Medi@eljen.

The operation offers a work-oriented daily activity without performance requirements, with opportunities to adapt the environment and activities according to the participants' abilities. The content includes creative and cultural activities. The operation is aimed at people with a decision on daily activities according to LSS. Here, there are participants with various functional variations, such as mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and autism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a support pedagogue with us, you are an obvious part of the user-centered work with special pedagogical responsibility and mandate. You report to the unit manager, are part of the department's support pedagogue network, and work together with your colleagues to ensure each participant's opportunity for quality of life and full participation in society.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education as a support pedagogue (YH 200 p) or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working within LSS and/or daily activities, and preferably further education or experience in culture, creative activities, or aesthetic expressions, such as art, music, clay, or media. Experience in business development, pedagogical supervision, or method development is meritorious, as is experience working with participation, influence, and co-creation. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A driving license (B) is also meritorious as the role may involve travel.

You enjoy working with colleagues and participants, finding new solutions, and together creating a safe, creative, and meaningful environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow and develop.
