Personal Assistant and Team Leader Wanted

I am a 45-year-old woman living in Sollentuna with my family, seeking a personal assistant who wants to become part of my team. In addition to being my assistant, I am also looking for someone who wants to be my team leader. The role of the team leader involves working with the existing team leader and staffing coordinators to ensure staffing, schedule, plan, and conduct recruitments, as well as participate in workplace safety efforts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Personal assistance with advanced qualified healthcare.
• Scheduling and planning staff work shifts.
• Recruiting new employees.
• Ensuring staffing together with staffing coordinators.
• Workplace safety and improvement efforts.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is alert and willing to learn new things.
• Has experience in qualified care.
• Is good at reading subtle communication.
• Is attentive and flexible to my needs.
• Has good physical health and is 25 years or older.
• Is vaccinated and open to staying updated on seasonal flu, for example.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Training and Introduction:

• Qualified nursing education in respiratory care.
• 5 days of introduction to the assignment at Remeo in Stora Sköndal.
• Full-day training at Danderyd Hospital in home respiratory care.

Desirable Experiences:

• Respiratory care or other experience with breathing aids.
• Alternative communication (AAC).

Working Hours:

Work shifts are scheduled throughout the day, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. There is an opportunity to work both part-time, full-time, and extra as needed.

Start Date:

You must be available immediately and flexible for the introduction.
