JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a treatment assistant at HVB Grindstugan, you will support the youth in their individual development based on their implementation plan. The job responsibilities include planning, treatment, and follow-up in the treatment work for the young people. Other tasks include documentation, external contacts, and practical work together with the youth.

The work involves scheduled hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

You have post-secondary education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, treatment pedagogue, or another post-secondary education that we assess as equivalent. Please note that education is a requirement.

Knowledge of motivational interviewing, low-arousal approaches, milieu therapy, and good documentation skills according to applicable laws and regulations is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for employment.

For those offered employment in activities where they work with persons under 18 years of age, a criminal record extract from the Swedish Police Authority is required.
