About the Role

In this role, we are looking for someone who sees technology as a tool to create experiences, flows, and content, not just as something that needs to work. You will step into a consulting role where you, together with clients and colleagues, drive ideas from thought to reality. This role suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where new initiatives are encouraged and where you can help shape how work gets done.

You will work closely with both clients and teams, often from the start of new projects. You capture ideas, test solutions, and ensure that things actually happen. This may involve technology in AV, studio, simpler productions, or other technical environments where creativity and function meet. You take responsibility for the whole process, from startup to execution, and actively contribute with improvement suggestions and new ways of working.

The role is varied and combines technical work with creative problem-solving, collaboration, and dialogue. You are not afraid to try new things, ask questions, or take the initiative, and you bring energy that is contagious within the team. When the role is right, it is clearly noticeable. The pace increases, more ideas become reality, and collaboration feels easy and inspiring.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 SEK per month, depending on experience.
