NTI Gymnasiet is located in several places in Stockholm, and we offer a total of five strong high school programs; ES, TE, EK, FS, and EE, as well as the high school engineer program, TE4. Your mission

As a librarian at NTI Gymnasiet, you will be physically present at all our schools according to a rotating schedule. We are located from Södertälje in the south to Sollentuna in the north. All our schools have libraries on-site with both physical and digital resources. You will staff our school libraries according to set times and assist students with lending and returning literature. In your role, you will recommend reading material to students, contribute to making the library a place for reading and schoolwork, and be involved in the purchase and development of library collections. You will work closely with teaching teachers and lead teachers to involve the school library in teaching and how the library can become a vibrant place in our schools, preferably in consultation with student councils and students' wishes and thoughts.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is a qualified librarian and has experience working with high school-aged youth. Since the position involves several schools, you need to be prepared to change workplaces daily, get to know many new colleagues, and see the charm and challenge in working with several operations that all strive towards the same goal. You find joy in working with reading and literature and are eager to initiate cross-school initiatives related to this. It is essential that each school library is clearly visible in its operations and takes an active role in the systematic quality work; you want the school library to be a vibrant and engaging place that contributes to teaching and our students' results and goals.
