Management Leader Wanted

About the Position

As a management leader, you have a central role in leading and coordinating the work of representing and driving the organization's need for IT support in the areas of information supply, case management, and record-keeping. This is to meet the authority's requests.

You will conduct/participate in activities related to user support and training, and you will be responsible for the support function for various systems. You will take the lead in mapping, describing, and compiling needs and participate in prioritization work as well as in the work of implementing changes, working closely with the authority's product owners and the organization's subject matter specialists.

The position is located in Stockholm.

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant post-secondary education in the field or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we consider comparable. You have a few years of current and relevant experience working as a management leader or project manager. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have training in the PM3 model and experience working in the PM3 management model. We would also like you to have experience with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Archives Act. If you have previous experience working with registration and case management, we see it as a benefit. We view positively if you have worked with digitalization. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have good knowledge of systems such as Platina and Klara.
