Furthermore, the National Archives has recently conducted an inspection of the archive management at the agency, which also includes some areas for improvement to work on. We strive to always meet high standards of good agency management.
The role is located in the administrative department, which, in addition to the archive function, is also responsible for purchasing, HR, financial reporting, controller support, administrative support, and local supply including internal services and switchboard.
We are looking for someone who has
- A university degree in archival science.
- At least two years of experience as an archivist, registrar, e-archivist, IT archivist, or equivalent, within the Swedish public sector.
- Experience working with electronic document management.
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
It is advantageous if you also have
- Completed registrar training (diploma/certification)
- University credits in systems science
- Experience working in one of the leading diary systems
- Experience working with e-archives
- Experience in system management
Desired Abilities and Skills
