As Junior Men's Wear Designer - Knitwear at our Stockholm office, you will support the team by participating in creating strong collections according to the direction set out by the Head Designer & Head of Knitwear Design.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Junior Men’s Wear Designer – Knitwear, your main contribution will be to support the creative development of our knitwear collections by transforming design direction into high-quality, brand-aligned products. You will report to the Head Designer. You will play a vital role in

ensuring that our knitwear collections are innovative, cohesive, and commercially relevant by:

• Conducting research on shapes, materials, and colours to support design development
• Suggesting raw materials and colour options aligned with the seasonal direction
• Creating shapes, mock-ups, swatches, and translating design ideas into products
• Producing sketches and Photoshops to support design decisions
• Preparing materials for meetings and presentations; participating in fittings
• Developing seasonal overviews, colour cards, and inspiration/collection boards
• Collaborating with Product Development and following up on prototypes
• Maintaining an efficient workflow and clear communication across teams

Specific personal qualities for this role:

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Academic degree in design and/or textiles
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
• 1-2 years’ experience in a design studio, preferably within high-end brands
• Education or experience in knitwear design
• Ability to design and work three-dimensionally in knitwear, translating stitch structures and yarn qualities into 3D garments
• Fluent in English
