You will be part of the Transformation and IT Governance section, where there are specialists in requirements, UX and UI, security, sourcing, and testing. Here, you work closely with the Digital Development section, which is responsible for Dynamics, digital channels, and Business Intelligence, as well as central functions such as IT architecture. Job responsibilities

As a Power Platform specialist, you play a central role in ensuring stability, security, and efficiency in Unionen's prioritized Microsoft platforms – with a particular focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio agents. The role combines technical understanding with business-oriented dialogue and involves a lot of collaboration across the organization.

You are responsible for developing, improving, and managing solutions based on Power Platform, low code, automation, and AI. An important part of the assignment is to further develop intelligent assistants and agent solutions, as well as ensuring that these are used in a structured, secure, and business-oriented manner. You will work hands-on with prototypes and MVPs, as well as with requirements specification and design of solutions that are handed over to development and management.

In your daily work, you will have close contact with business representatives, architects, platform owners, operations functions, and development teams. You translate needs, challenges, and opportunities from the business into sustainable technical solutions. The role also involves a clear responsibility for establishing and maintaining a governance structure around Power Platform, AI, and automation solutions, where knowledge sharing and common working methods are central.

More specifically, you will:

• Drive development, management, and governance of Power Platform and Copilot Studio agents

• Develop and specify requirements for low-code, AI, and automation solutions

• Ensure a stable, secure, and scalable platform for automation and AI

• Coordinate requirements, dependencies, and collaboration between IT, business, and suppliers

• Monitor the external environment and develop roadmaps, management plans, and materials for budget/agreements

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform in a production environment

• Experience in governance and management in Power Platform and/or similar digital platforms

• Experience working in automation, AI, and/or low code environments

• Good technical understanding of architecture, lead developer, or solution responsibility

• Good understanding of Azure and Microsoft 365, without needing to be a specialist

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience with AI and automation solutions in M365 environments and integrated into larger business platforms

• Experience in deploying and managing Copilot Studio Agents
