You will take on an assignment where a culturally and historically valuable farmhouse needs a new antiquarian review after several years without maintenance. A previous inspection and action plan were drawn up in 2016, but no measures have been carried out since then. Now, the building's current condition needs to be assessed again, and an updated action plan needs to be created as a basis for continued preservation and management.

You will work in a municipal environment where cultural heritage values, the building's condition, and practical maintenance needs need to be weighed together. As support, there is previous cultural-historical documentation describing the building's history, construction, cultural-historical value, and previously identified care and maintenance needs. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to contribute with both antiquarian competence and concrete impact in a clearly defined assignment.

• You conduct an inspection of the relevant farmhouse and assess the building's current condition.
• You use existing cultural-historical documentation as a basis for your analysis and take into account the building's history, construction, and cultural-historical values.
• You identify current care and maintenance needs related to the building's condition and long-term preservation.
• You produce an inspection report that clearly describes the current situation and observations.
• You draw up an updated action plan with recommended measures for continued management.

• You have 4–8 years of experience as a building antiquarian.
• You have certification as an Expert regarding cultural values (KUL).
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
