The Job as Digital Learning Producer

As a digital learning producer, you will be a central part of Samhall School and our joint mission to ensure education and learning for all our colleagues at Samhall. We are experts in pedagogy and accessible learning, which are important cornerstones when we develop, produce, and quality assure our offerings on various platforms and in different environments.

You will work closely with two colleagues in the production team and become part of a larger education team of a total of 15 people, also based in Linköping and Gothenburg.

This position is an expansion of the team and involves a broad and varied responsibility within digital production. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and producing e-learning courses in several different formats, where you drive the process from idea to finished delivery. The work also includes creating instructional videos where you break down work tasks into clear, concrete, and accessible image and video instructions that support the needs of the organization. You will also produce studio broadcasts as well as inspirational and interview films that help convey knowledge and motivation in a structured and engaging way.

A central part of the assignment is to develop scripts, whether you start from a short bullet list or a more comprehensive background that needs to be condensed. In this work, you will continuously collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders from different parts of the organization to ensure that the content is correct, relevant, and anchored.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of our future digital learning, where new technologies and working methods are tested and evaluated, such as AI-driven methods and adaptation of AI-generated content.

Throughout the process, you will ensure that all produced educational materials follow the principles of digital accessibility, plain language, and inclusive pedagogy, so that our training can be used by all employees regardless of circumstances.

You will primarily work from our headquarters in Stockholm and collaborate closely with the communications department.

Travel occurs about once a month to various operational sites in the country.

What do you bring to the role?

We are looking for someone with documented experience in digital production who feels at home in environments where structure, precision, and quality are crucial for a good result. Your background may be in TV production, e-learning, content production, or digital storytelling, and you have a natural ability to create educational experiences that are both clear, engaging, and accessible.

To thrive in the role, you need to be accustomed to working independently throughout the production chain and have solid experience in film production, from recording and lighting to sound management and editing. You also have a good ability to write and develop scripts and are comfortable adapting content to different formats and target groups.

You work fluently in the Adobe suite, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop, and have experience using authoring tools for e-learning. Since much of our work takes place in our learning portal, it is also an advantage if you have experience with WordPress. To succeed in the role, you need to have a strong pedagogical understanding and be able to transform complex information into clear and usable content. You collaborate closely with several functions in the organization and therefore need to have a very good ability to work cross-functionally and advisory in various types of dialogues and processes.

It is advantageous if you also have experience with VR platforms or studio production, or if you have previously held roles where you worked in front of the camera and are comfortable instructing others in filmed contexts. It is a plus if you have knowledge of AI-driven content production and the ability to work with storytelling and dramaturgy. If you also have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, we see it as an extra plus.
