Junior Product Documentation Engineer

Do you want to work with technical documentation for one of our clients in the automotive industry? We are now looking for a junior Product Documentation Engineer in Borås who wants to develop in a role that combines technology and structure with communication!

About the Role

As a Product Documentation Engineer, you will be responsible for administering and controlling the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) system. You will implement document changes and ensure that internal communication is made so that all changes are documented correctly. The role also involves reporting updated change information and maintaining controlled documents in accordance with internal policies as well as GMP and GLP.

Responsibilities

• Administer and control the ECN system
• Implement and follow up on document changes
• Coordinate internal communication regarding changes
• Report updated change information
• Ensure that controlled documents comply with GMP, GLP, and internal guidelines

Who Are We Looking For?

We prefer that you have a degree from a technical university program, for example in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, production engineering, industrial technology, or similar. You are meticulous, responsible, and structured, and can explain facts and procedures clearly. You are curious and want to develop within technical documentation and quality management. Furthermore, you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
