As a manager with CEO responsibilities, you will lead the operational and strategic property management for one of Gothenburg's larger housing cooperatives in close collaboration with the board.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead and develop property management from the ground up. - Responsible for budget, financial monitoring, and reporting to the board. - Plan and follow up on maintenance and investment projects. - Lead the daily work of property caretakers and other staff. - Ensure good communication with residents, contractors, and authorities. - Prepare and present decision-making materials to the board's working committee. - Initiate and drive improvement projects in operations, energy, and living environment.

Qualifications

- Relevant education in property management, technology, or economics. - At least 5 years of experience in property management and project management. - Experience in personnel responsibility, leadership, and collaboration with boards. - Good financial understanding and experience with budgeting. - Ability to work strategically and operationally. - B driver's license.
