Do you want to work closely with advanced electronics in a high-tech environment where quality, innovation, and continuous improvement are in focus, and where you have the opportunity to grow into a specialist role?

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are now looking for an MCM operator for our client in Gothenburg, who operates in the space industry and produces, among other things, onboard computers for satellites as well as antennas and microwave electronics.

The role involves manufacturing hybrids with tasks such as die-bonding, wire-bonding, inspection, and vacuum soldering, as well as conducting mechanical and electrical tests. You will work with quality assurance, prototype manufacturing, process development within MCM, and drive improvement work according to LEAN. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the design department and also includes machine responsibility, documentation, troubleshooting, and deviation management.

For those with higher competence, there is the opportunity for a specialist role with extended responsibility for maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, process optimization, and the introduction of improvements and new technology.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
  • Technical education at the high school level or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding of production processes within electronics.
  • Knowledge of LEAN and improvement work.
  • Have previously worked in an ERP system, preferably SAP.
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.

Furthermore, great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities, and we believe that you who are applying are a driven and confident person who enjoys working independently and coming up with your own solutions to problems. In addition, we believe that you are technically inclined and want to learn more about both complex processes and products.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and our side is that you will then be directly employed by them.

This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.

OTHER INFORMATION:
  • Scope: Full-time.
  • Location: Gothenburg.
  • Start: Immediately, considering a possible notice period of up to 3 months.
  • Recruitment Responsible: Hanna Andersson.
  • Salary: Fixed monthly salary.

Remember to be quick with your application as we are conducting ongoing selection of candidates, and the advertisement may close before the position is filled if we have moved on to the selection and interview phase.
