About the position

At Perido, we are currently looking for a Packaging Planner for our client, a well-known player in the automotive industry. You will be based at the office located in Gothenburg.

Your responsibilities

As a Packaging Planner, you are responsible for ensuring that the right packaging is in the right place at the right time. The role involves planning and managing packaging flows, handling orders, and booking and following up on transports, primarily road transports. You will work closely with both internal functions and external suppliers to create a cost-effective, sustainable, and well-functioning packaging flow.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and administer packaging orders
• Ensure balance between demand and supply
• Book and follow up on road transports
• Be responsible for return flows and reuse of packaging
• Monitor costs from a total economic perspective
• Work with sustainable solutions in transport and packaging
• Collaborate with warehouses, production, and suppliers

Your qualities

You are a structured and solution-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility and working independently. With good system skills and a meticulous working method, you handle administrative tasks efficiently and with high quality. You find it easy to create order and structure, even in complex flows, and work proactively to find practical and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, or similar
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., logistics, transport planning, material planning)
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience in packaging management
• Knowledge of sustainable logistics
• Experience in transport booking

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2026-07-03. Immediate start.
