Are you a doer looking to take the next step in logistics? We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is proactive, and wants to work with both logistics administration and the handling of inbound and outbound deliveries. Our client operates in the medtech industry and is now seeking reinforcement in the form of a Supply & Delivery Coordinator!

ABOUT THE POSITION:

In the role of Supply & Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for daily logistics and inventory management. You will ensure an efficient flow throughout the chain and make sure that materials are in place at the right time. You will handle purchase orders from creation to follow-up, monitor deliveries, and maintain ongoing dialogue with suppliers. In the event of changes in needs or delivery conditions, you act quickly to keep production and customer deliveries on track.

Furthermore, you will work with inventory monitoring and replenishment based on forecasts and consumption, identify discrepancies, and drive improvements. The role requires structure, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive, register, and quality assure incoming goods, including testing, discrepancy handling, and basic troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Manage and coordinate incoming orders and prepare products and systems for delivery.
  • Pick, compile, pack, and administer global deliveries to customers.
  • Be responsible for shipping and customs declarations and collaborate with external logistics partners.
  • Ensure correct inventory management, structure, and documentation, and handle prioritized and urgent matters.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Have 2-4 years of experience in delivery management, logistics, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience with business systems (e.g., Business Central and Salesforce) is a plus.

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience in medical technology is advantageous.

You are also meticulous in your work approach, both in practical and administrative tasks. We believe that you value teamwork and possess good communication skills.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client.

  • Salary: Competitive.
