We are now looking for new colleagues who want to strengthen our management by being responsible for and developing our commercial properties.

So what does property management really involve? Well, broadly speaking, two things. People and buildings. In that order. Therefore, we are looking for two committed and long-term team players who want to build relationships and develop our buildings and collaboration with our tenants in Gothenburg. When you work with us in commercial management, you have both financial and technical responsibility for your properties as well as responsibility for tenant relations from signing the lease to moving out. You belong to a workgroup consisting of management assistants, landlords, project managers, property caretakers, and operations technicians, among others. With us, you will operate in an organization with broad internal expertise and quick decision-making processes!

About you. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and thrives in a fast-paced and stimulating work environment. You should be interested in real estate and understand the correlation between good business and satisfied customers. You should have a few years of work experience, and if you have also worked in the real estate industry or a similar field, that is a plus. You should be curious about how we can increase our operating profit while also ensuring that our customers are as satisfied as possible. A love for numbers and calculations is a must in this position. But equally important is an interest in the people you meet, as a large part of the job involves relationship building. The equation? Financial acumen and social agility.
