The Municipal Executive Office is responsible for the management and coordination of all municipal activities.

Within the administration, there are several supportive and governing functions such as HR, communication, finance, and IT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Digital Development unit, which consists of four digitalization leaders, one digitalization coordinator, three developers, and one unit manager. Your role as a digitalization leader is multifaceted, and tasks and responsibilities change over time depending on development and needs. There are great opportunities for growth in this area.

You are passionate about identifying opportunities for digitalization within the organization and operations. You will drive development and implement digital strategies and technologies while working to enhance digital competence within the administrations. You will help improve and manage processes to increase efficiency or quality for various target groups.

The work will be carried out in close collaboration with others in the digitalization department and the municipality's administrations. As a person, you have a natural problem-solving ability and feel confident making independent decisions. You are inclusive and engaged in your work and with your colleagues, and you enjoy working both in teams and independently.

You take responsibility for providing quality service while driving products and methods forward in a structured manner. Additionally, you thrive on having many contacts and have the ability to understand the needs of the target group.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant academic education, such as in IT, informatics, systems science, social sciences, or equivalent, or other post-secondary education and experience that the employer deems equivalent.

You have a good technical understanding and knowledge of digitalization and are used to working with processes.

We would like you to have knowledge and experience in some of the following areas:

• agile work with innovation and development focused on digitalization
• change management
• project management/project coordination
• GDPR and personal data management
• Microsoft 365 and digital tools
• operational systems within social services and/or public operations or similar systems
• at least a B driver's license

In addition to your knowledge and skills, we place great importance on your personal qualities. You prioritize the team over yourself and enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously, working carefully and systematically. The role requires you to be flexible, driven, self-motivated, and able to collaborate easily with others to achieve goals. In your communication, you are clear and have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
